LIMITED GUARANTEE OF EXTREME PCS LTD.
This limited guarantee is valid for appliances that were sold by the Extreme Pcs Ltd. In case of damage o the appliance the Customer is obliged to return the appliance to any sales shop of the Extreme Pcs Ltd.
The company Extreme Pcs Ltd. Guarantees that the present product is at the time of its initial purchase free of faults in its manufacture, materials, design and workmanship under the following conditions and stipulations:
1. The present limited guarantee is granted to the consumer of the products (“Customer”). It does not exclude or limit any right of the Customer granted necessarily by law.
2. The duration of the guarantee is twelve (12) months from the date at which the first Customer bought the product. In case of subsequent purchasing or other purchase by the owner-user the duration of the guarantee will be continued for the rest of the twelve-month period and will otherwise remain unaffected.
3. During the validity of the guarantee Extreme Pcs Ltd. will repair or replace at their absolute discretionary power the faulty product. Extreme Pcs Ltd. will return the repaired product or other product to the Customer in good functional state. All the materials or other equipment for which replacements were made will be the property of Extreme Pcs Ltd.
4. No extension or renewal of the duration of the guarantee is granted for a repaired product that was replaced.
5. Item(s) returned by the Customer within 14 days of purchase from our website which are sealed, unused and unopened may be returned to Extreme Pcs Ltd. in exchange or differences for another item(s) of equal or greater value at the time of return.
6. The present limited guarantee does not apply to natural wear and tear. It also does not apply in the following cases:
I. the fault was caused by the fact that the product was used in a way contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer or because of hard use, exposure to humidity or extreme thermal of environmental conditions or sudden changes in these conditions, corrosion, rust, non-authorized changes or connections, non-authorized opening or repair by the use of non-authorized accessories, bad use, unsuitable installations, accident, physical phenomena, throwing of food or liquid, effects of chemical products or other effects beyond the reasonable control of Extreme Pcs Ltd. (including indicatively faults in consumable parts, such as batteries, which from their very nature have a limited duration of life) except if the fault was cause directly from faults in materials, designs or workmanship.
II. Extreme Pcs Ltd. was not informed by the Customer about the fault within thirty (30) days from the appearance of the fault during the time of the guarantee.
III. the product is not returned to Extreme Pcs Ltd. within thirty (30) days from the appearance of the fault during the time of the guarantee.
IV. the serial number of the product, the code of the date or the number IMEI were withdrawn, rubbed off, changed or modified or are illegible.
V. the fault was caused by faulty functioning of the network.
VI. the fault was caused by the fact that the product was used or was connected with parts that do not fit the technical character of the appliance.
VII. the software of the product requires upgrading because of changes in the parameters of the network.
7. For the present limited guarantee to apply the Customer should present the original invoice of purchase of the product.
8. The present limited guarantee is the only and exclusive means of satisfying the Customer against Extreme Pcs Ltd. and the only exclusive obligation of Extreme PCs Ltd. towards the Customer for faults or malfunctionings of the product. The present limited guarantee replaces all other guarantees and obligations either oral or written (non-obligatory) by law, conventional, due to malpractice or otherwise. Extreme Pcs Ltd. is in no case responsible for any accidental subsequent or indirect damage, expenses or outgoings. Extreme Pcs Ltd. is also in no case responsible for any direct damage, expenses or outgoing if a Customer is a legal person.
9. Any change or modification in this limited guarantee requires the previous written approval of Extreme Pcs Ltd.
10. For possible problems of the appliance that are not mentioned above, the company bears no responsibility for their repair; it only must inform the Customer and ask approval for further charges.
11. In case the appliance is not over Euro €39 in value, including V.A.T., a previous approval of the Customer for the repair of the appliance is not required.
12. No guarantee is provided for repairs that concern damage which was the result of water damage.
13. In case the Customer fails to come within three months to take the objects that he had brought for repair then the company bears no responsibility for their safe-keeping.
